Nice work on Helen! I did that WOD today for Happy Hour. 15:11..slow but to standard. I spent most of the time at the pullup bar because my kips fell apart too..it's the grip that goes on me, I just can't hang on well..so I end up one at at time on the final round..big waste of time. I only counted legit above the bar pullups because I wanted to get on the board and really finish to standard. That will be your next challenge after you get more pullup practice.Girl, you are strong. That 35lb KB is a beast for me and that is what also starts to destroy the forearms and my grip. But it's all for the good and will just make us stronger for our next attempt.
Hey girl, thank you....it's wierd I dont think of myself like that at all...it's wierd when I hear that. I'm still trying to catch up to you on the track and...and....every...other running task!!
